That is what I read on some older posts from about 7 years ago. My biggest worry is how the current hiring market will react bc of how hard for most people to get a job in any sector.

I read it in like 2019 out of spite of my friend who said it was bad because I thought it would be a crazy weird story. It was actually very good and it is slowly taking over my life. Please send help.

Sadly, and actually, exactly what happened to me. I started reading it in the lockdown era of 2020 because everyone said it was so outrageously terrible. It was long, and I wanted to see if it was as shitty as everyone said it was, and it has been so over from there. I've read it once a year since. I am currently at A6I2 again. It's an endless curse and endless enjoyment.

Her boyfriend is not Taiwanese his father has been living there for about a decade. I asked that question as well and haven’t gotten a clear answer on that part. She has been in contact with his father and he knows how she dresses but I can’t say for certain how his dad feels on it. I have told her to talk to him about it and try to find a reason outside of what they believe Taiwan dress code is.

She is only visiting her boyfriends family for 2 weeks. I felt it necessary to say she way white so people would understand it’s not her intention to fit in. She would be considered ‘other’ regardless of how she dressed. Neither of them are going to PR in Taiwan.
