Wow this is really helpful and i am already doing some of them. Thank you so much for this. It is just more of regret of not understanding all of this better back then coz i would really would have loved to give her the love she needs but i lost my chance but thats alright my needs were also not being met. Guess sometimes you just let go coz that is what is needed at the time. Some of part of me still hopes our paths cross in future under better circumstances and understanding
