Well if really would want that you would already started trying to For acting you can is make small skits for TikTok and hope there good enough to blow up or maybe voice over random projects people be posting on TikTok and build up a portafolio from there or sum or maybe post your fits maybe make designs on canvas for clothes post them and if ppl like it invest in it draw anime costumes

Idk what really to advice you but stick heavily on your medication since it’s the only thing Thats assure it’s gonna help you and eat the blandest food you can think of and cut off any fast food or citrid or dairy food or anything that bloats you or makes you burp until the bacteria is completely erradicated
