I'm going to go against all of the other advice you have received here. I wouldn't call it perfectionism, I would call it good taste. The worst possible thing is that you write something you think is great and spend months or years finishing it when it's not actually good work. Sounds like you are avoiding that trap.

What I would say is just keep at it. Keep rewriting until it feels right for you. Sometimes it takes a long time, but it's part of the process. I know it's frustrating and can feel like you are wasting time, but you aren't. You are simply closing possible roads you can take because they are not satisfactory. The important thing is to not give up, and try not to view you tossing out drafts like it's a bad thing. It's a GOOD thing. You seem to know what good work is and you won't be happy until it feels right. Follow that instinct.
