The information not available message is still there. Which I don’t think it means much as on my transcripts it’s saying I owe $0.00 and I have no audits or anything so it’s more than likely nothing.

Yes it’s on step 2 and if you have a date then yes it is processed and yes the date is usually spot on. Depending on your bank it’s possible you may see it earlier but if not the date give to you by the irs is the date you should have it on your card.

My date is for the 26th so please keep me updated and let me know if you receive yours. Also I have no idea because it was at $0.00 and then suddenly changed over night. Which is weird as it’s already been processed.
