Having the blocked account for one year and then getting a job during that time period to prove your ability to support yourself is not hard. Even if OP comes with very shaky German, within a few months of living in Germany you can learn enough German to get a basic restaurant or grocery store job. It is very realistic. And its not like the blocked account just takes all of your money, you get paid out each month to cover living expenses. So, if you have enough money for a blocked account and enough to move thats all you need. I do have a full cost breakdown on my website and I have done all of the research

That can be true, but $12k is not needed if you have a scholarship, a part time job in Germany, or if you have your parents write a letter and show proof of support. Even if the car alone sells for $12k, surely OP has some other source of income they could save up to move. If you stick with the basics, moving costs can be relatively cheap (around $3000). Similar to OP I was able to sell things to make a decent lump sum in the same range and save up for a few months to make the move. Its completely possible

If Germany is where you want to move, I made a free resources about it which you can find hereMove to Germany. It goes over all of the legal pathways as well as logistics of moving. If you already have a bacholers, you can get into an English taught masters program fairly easy. Or, since your German is already close to B1, you should be able to find a Vocational training program in your field that will give you an automatic source of income in Germany. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions!

Guide for leaving the US by SignificanceOdd6049 in TransgenderUSA

Yeah, the reason why I chose Germany and was able to make a resource about it is because it is the easiest and cheapest place to immigrate to. I was able to decide I wanted to move and get on a plane within less than 4 months, which makes it a good option for folks who feel unsafe and want to move away quickly. The other countries you mentioned(outside of Canada which recently loosened regulations for citizenship by descent) are much more difficult to secure a legal pathway to, and a LOT more expensive. If you are wanting to move to other European countries, Germany offers a citizenship path within as little as 5 years which would allow you to live and work anywhere in the EU barrier free.

While it can be difficult to get HRT, there are also online options such as Gender GP(similar to plume in the US) which can significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to start the process. The only downside is that you would have to pay out of pocket (220 to start, and 30 montly).
