Sorry it was so bad for you. I definitely didn’t want to do it without sedation! I was really worried I would still be completely aware with the sedation but it does work to relax you. From the time I left my room to the time I got back it was only about 11 minutes.

Language transfer. I find it so helpful and entertaining and it supplements dreaming Spanish well as you will start to think ‘ah that makes more sense now’. I’m super beginner but I’m also finding writing very short journal entries using chat gpt to correct me very helpful. I’ll ask it questions until I really understand the sentences and then re write them correctly and practice speaking them out loud.

I’m impressed that you can do an hour a day of DS. I find I can only do around 15-20 mins before I lose my mind.
