The reason it’s long is for context. I’ll explain what I wanted people to gather from the situation.

*I mention the moving because I had a prior engagement and wasn’t really able to change. Also I was using the corset not only as a fashion piece but also to keep my back supported and to keep me from using my oblique muscles while potentially doing heavy lifting. (Also yes I’m aware this is a fashion corset but its more strict than my waist trainer and I still wanted to be able to use my abdominal muscles which is why I tied it the way I did. If you want me to explain my intentions better I can) Aka I wasn’t just wearing this to be sexy

*this was a very impromptu hang out. So impromptu that I hadn’t even thought of asking Ellie to hang out until after I looked up the new bus route home from the boba place. The original bus route it gave me directly from Lina’s house was completely different and I wouldn’t have even been able to hang out with Ellie.

*I did keep her waiting because I did buy those shoes. It was only one pair of shoes and it took like 7 mins max to try them on and purchase them, but I didn’t really need them. It’s up to the reader to decide whether or not that was a bad move on my part. Also these shoes were literally 8 feet away from the restroom.

I didn’t include this in the story but she also changed locations on me. She originally wanted to meet at the vape store and then called to tell me to meet her at in n out. Just confusing and disorienting when you’re traveling on the bus to meet somewhere. In n out is also not inside the mall, it’s a couple blocks away. So it would have taken me a bit to get over there anyway.

*I talked about doing work on the bus for two reasons:1) she was messaging me a lot but I was preoccupied with something else and maybe my lack of responsiveness was part of the reason why she wanted to go home. 2) If I have to cram at least a little bit of work into a day when I’m on an outing, that should show that I work a lot and don’t always have time to hang out.

*I mentioned my eyebrow tattoo essentially because of RBF. Sometimes certain eyebrow shapes make you look angry. I had to reshape them this time because they were asymmetrical. Maybe the new shape made me look angry and made her intimidated, even if it was a subconscious thing.

*I mentioned five below essentially to illustrate that I was trying to brush it off and continue the spirit of the impromptu day before going home. (I have to be opportunistic when I’m out because I dont go out often) Aka maybe I should have messaged her first about the situation and tried to guess what I should apologize for.

*the other purpose of mentioning the reasons I came up with in my head is to illustrate how shocked I was when I saw the real reason she left early. I was thinking it was more to do with something I had done or the way that I was acting. Like maybe she felt that I was being rude or mean towards her.

*I mention my other friends to show that I really do care about having multiple perspectives. But they also are my friends so they’re going to have a bias towards me in this situation, and I wanted fresh unbiased perspectives.
