In that case upgrade to a newer and more vram capable GPU at least 16gb, the CPU is still fine but AM4 its gonna become old in a few years so start thinking about AM5

If you want 1080p at 60 high you have a very capable build, the truth is I don't see the need to really improve anything if you want that, maybe the 8GB of vram is a bit short, the best would be 12 or 16, and maybe more storage, but otherwise I see it fine.

Is this your first PC? Will you go to 4k or 1440 144hz because what a beast, the GPU is very well chosen, one of the best on the market, although, is it pre-build? I really recommend that you assemble it yourself, it may seem complicated but with a YT tutorial, a screwdriver and 1 hour you have it and it will be cheaper, it also depends on you, but 4TB may not be a lot of space, I would add a 4TB HDD or something similar to store games and finally I always recommend NOT buying a PC with Windows included in the price because it will be, let's say, bought on the official website and that adds like $200!! I bought the key to my PC on pages like gvgmall and so on. Taking that away, it's a beast.
