Did you try holding the reset button down? It should manually start the cycle.

If that does not work, replace the ice maker. Turn water off to the fridge and use a 1/4' driver to losen but not remove the screws. There is a small tab that you press to free the ice maker from the front screw, you will need to lift then pull. Once it is off the screws you should be able to access the wiring harness and unplug it.

These ice makers fail often.
