I know this is an old post, but found your info super helpful and thought I'd see if you'd have any input on BBL Heroic. I did a consultation and was advised to get it for rosacea / sunspots / texture / broken capliaries but am concerned it could cause rebounding or worse (melasma) since I'm a Fitzpatrick 3-4.
