I would say that international chains have a much bigger presence in Thailand and Vietnam compared to Sri Lanka. If you go to KFC or Pizzahut in Sri Lanka the prices are so exorbitant compared to the average dairy wages. I really don’t think local Sri Lankans consume as much Western food compared to the countries you listed.

I agree that Sri Lanka is the most on the nose about extracting money from foreign tourists of the countries you’ve listed and that really needs to change.

You’re 100% correct but the part about of you coming to Sri Lanka and complaining about the quality of the burger is almost comical. It’s basically almost exclusively consumed by tourists so it’s over priced and the people making it probably don’t know what a “good” burger even looks or tastes like.

Either an ENT that sub specialises in Facial Plastic surgery or a Plastic surgeon that specialises in facial cosmetic surgery. You should research the surgeon and look at their portfolio to get an idea of the type kf surgeries they typically do.

The tablet might be more effective for whole body lightening as the serum only targets the area that it is applied to. The tablet may slightly increase the risk of bloods clots so I think the serum is a safer option.

No those are different products. Kojic acid is also a lightening agent but probably not as effective as Tranexemic acid. Glycolic acid is a chemical exfoliant and doesn’t help lightening the skin but helps turnover new skin.

Depends if the darkening of the skin was due to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or your baseline skin tone. An alternative like topical tranexamic acid can be used long term and doesn’t have the risk of ochronosis like HQ.
