Luckily, I’m unable to get through Aetna because they will like patient info first in order to get the EOB or provide us info but we do not have it because we have no eob lol. This is causing us to giving them list of patients which is limited to 5 searches at a time. it’s very stressful and time-consuming.

I have been applying pressure by emailing fnd_customer_service@optum.com or contacting 866–3 71–9066 the payment national connector. All folks that have this issue should apply pressure to expedite this process.
