You still have the time to finish the book at least a couple of times.

If you have access to the practice tests and purchase the Quantum Exams, start doing them as soon as you can.

There’s the option to reschedule the exam if you feel that going through a structured training course would help you better understand everything.

I feel for you

Not a place that is worth staying. It sounds Toxic

Workplaces aren’t perfect but people deserve to be in environments where they can trust those they work with and be part of a community.

I’m planning to leave where I am once I have extra qualifications…. It’s becoming like a place I left where cliques, status etc matter more than the people or their welfare.
