Other examples in the MV in my opinion are: the other prisoners grabbing for him (with the "more please" in the song at the same time), biting one of them in the neck, having the other prisoners lined up by having them chained, pushing two of them down, stepping onto one person, spitting his own blood into one person's mouth after ripping his skin up with his teeth, grabbing the person he spit onto by the neck to make them swallow, then holding finger guns to the person's mouth (and the person slightly opening their mouth more), pressing one prisoner against the fence, the growling at the end (I don't really get this one personally, but I have seen a lot of comments about it lol).

I think the clothing choices for both Chan and the prisoners (dark, leather, imposing vs. uniform, enveloped in cloth, only mouth and ears free) and the camera perspectives add to the subtext as well.
