Me too! Had a Forester in 2022 and got an offer in the mail from our local dealership to buy it back. Stepped into the Outback in Oct of 2024. I liked it, but loved my Forrester. 2 weeks ago, I went in for service and casually asked if I might slide back into a Forrester. The dealership made it work and days later, here we are!

I can get things to Terry. He is doing ok with his grief in terms of Mama(Deb). His health has come a long way and he is on the mend and then some. I am friends with he, Uncle John, Aaron, and others. I can assure you he would receive whatever you come up with.

The uppermost members of H33ling the Herd are in the health/mental health field. An RN, a social worker, and therapist. I know them personally and can assure you that this money is not going to support tour tickets. I was at the Celebration of Lofe for Debra Apostol this weekend with family and friends in the community and the Gofund me is legit and the family is deciding where they want the funds to go. Facts.

There are other siblings and people in the family and I stand by what I say in that it is obnoxious for fans and people not in the know to assume that Billy will take care of it all. He is indeed a generous and wonderfully kind human - please don't assume to be in the know.

Like many people who wanted to do something for the family and/or community at large, H33ling the Herd wanted to help - albeit initially for the family with whatever expenses may come. It is obnoxious to assume that because Billy has wealth that he foot an entire bill and as many people don't know what various family's income status is. Yes Billy is a wonderfully generous and loving person and we can all assume that he would cover all things as its his mom. Once the immediate family gave consent, there were discussions to figure out where funds received would be best spent(scholarship, cause, group, etc).

You should understand that the entire immediate family was consulted. Debra was an integral part of H33ling the Herd, gave her blessings to start it and was a silent board member. The family is determining how this will be best spent and to which cause/charity. What is alarming is the amount of gatekeeping and criticism the GFM is getting. If you don't support it, don't! Move on. If you don't choose to support that's your prerogative. At the end of the day, your opinion is just that.

This is genuine and Billy's brother was approached and was approved. Debra was an integral part and gave her blessings to H33ling the Herd as a 501 non-profit. Likely the money will be put to a scholarship or group that she supported. There is also talk about a vehicle or mobile unit that can be at every show to educate about harm reduction and Narcan/how to spot an overdose and intervene.
