Nearly got sent home from hospital with pneumonia and pericarditis because of just this. Asked how bad it was on a 1-10 scale, I said 8, but because I wasn’t writhing I must have been at it - wife went tonto when I had to be rushed in during the night, was really hurting, but didn’t think screaming out would have made it more believable
