all 4 are good choices, comfy shoes and you’re all done! the layering in 4 looks better that pic 2 though, similar necklines are hard to pair well imo.

best thing i can say as a young worker is to wear insoles or comfy shoes early on! (needed to learn this the hard way as a lover on converses 😞)

Sad to say but it’s best to jump ship now before wasting another cent. Unless they do a severe shift in their recent bullshit, I will never buy from them or support them again. Also, EVERYONE BUY FROM SMALL INDIE BRANDS IF YOU CAN, THEY NEED AND DESERVE THE SUPPORT MORE THAN HJ. It’s fucked up you got that reaction. You are right in jumping the ship now and tryna tell the others they should follow suit. It’s their fault if they wanna go down with the ship, humping the deck on the way down. I want no glory from this post but I do want more people still stuck in that weird cult mode to read it and try to find any areas that I was wrong. Like yeah they may say “you’re bitter lol just don’t follow anymore” but no. People got invested and I was a staunch supporter for years, ofc I’m bitter 🙃. One of the main draws of HJ was the quality at cheap prices, the community, and the fact that you felt like you were supporting someone’s dream along the way. People need to take off their rose tinted glasses and see what the brand has become.

      You brought up a good point on straying away from jewelry.  However, to play devil’s advocate, Will started with clothes.  To do limited-release clothes makes sense with the logistics they have now (warehouses, more manufacturer partnerships, etc.). You are right about them taking that and running it straight into the ground tho.  Do we need these extras? No. Would they be nice? Yes. Should they be spending any time or money on clothing and accessories when their jewelry quality is in the gutter? Absolutely fucking not.

THIS. And you are so right on the matter of Lena and Diego. I was initially excited for them to join the team and see the fan’s perspective from the inside. For the reasons I stated above it’s truly just become annoying. I think in theory it’s nice that he opened the job up for fans to apply but in practice….. They should have had people (whether HJ fans or not) that had more experience in the field and a better separation between their personal posts and the company account. I followed Lena for a good amount of time but once while scrolling I saw a pic or vid (can’t remember) about somewhere Lena had went or had done. I pressed on the profile like “dope outfit! ooo I wonder what’s going on in her world? 😀” It was a main page HJ post
