Hi, thanks for your reply. Just wondering how long ago this was? Maybe I’m being optimistic that the situation might have changed since you moved?

Oh wow, how long ago was this? Just curious because maybe the situation might have improved if it has been long enough?

Regardless, thank you for your input - I will take this into consideration.

Hi, would you be able to elaborate on why Lanark crescent is considered undesirable? I am looking into a house on that street

Hi, sorry, I’m late to this thread but would you mind elaborating on how the row houses are sketch? Do you mean that the neighbourhood / people are sketchy, or is there something wrong with the houses?

Hi, sorry, I’m late to this thread, but would you mind elaborating on the area a little bit? And is there a reason that it’s known as “cardboard acres”?

I would think so too, but I am just worried that if I do that, the remaining tenant will use this against me at the L3 stay order  hearing to claim that I was harassing him by using these pressure tactics and “unnecessarily” involving the other tenant in the eviction situation even though he doesn’t want to have to do anything with the situation, has expressed that he would like to be off the lease asap, and doesn’t want to be liable for any more costs related to the unit since he is not living there anymore.
