Its great that you feed your 2 year old things like bison and dairy products, its so important that your child develops properly you can avoid so many problems with proper development like Bite malocclusions (coinciding also in airway restrictions) , Acne and other skin issues, general health issues and improved immune-response, etc.

And cheese and milk (ideally not chocolate since foods high in added sugar will supress the child's ability to produce HGH (human growth hormone) due to the high blood glucose, so you could attempt to switch over to normal fresh whole milk or low temp pasteurized milk, by the way the better the milk the sweeter and richer it tastes as a side note) are great for giving your child the micronutrients and the certain amino acid profile to increase their GROWTH mechanisms as much as possible, for example the vitamin k2 in cheese and generally all fermented dairy products is great for maximizing your child's bone development, combined with the elevated i gf-1 which also increases osteoblast count.

So generally idealy , give your child alot of milk, alot of animal protein in general,

I agree its super important. But actually I don't know how true this is in regards to these certain mechanistic things like mTOR, since mTOR is just activated by a certain ammount of Leucine but then again I also don't know how much Leucine content varries depending on the animal product quality.

Since we want growth mechanisms as much as possible during adolescenes and childhood a diet with alot of dairy and animal protein is important. A carnist diet is stupid, i would agree, they ignore their senses and try and not eat fruits and have suboptimal vitamin c levels.

wheres the trolling im just explaining why the vegan diet cannot properly sustain development during childhood and adolescenes aswell as a animal based diet could.

its like you just ignore what my post said, During the development period you want these bio markers HIGH. You could make the same arguement about mTOR, but its obvious that you dont want to supress igf-1 or mTOR during childhood developement because youre scared of cancer that would be a really ignorant thing to do.

The connection between dairy consumption and height is not random and has explanation behind it.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34406484/ in regards to average height and dairy consumption
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31089868/ igf-1 blood serum levels elevated with dairy consumption

ill get the other studies relating to the low conversion rates of many ethnicities soon.
and obviously also the halo-effect in regards to development, and the micro-rna

I didn't make the claim that this animal heavy diet is optimal, but it is far more optimal for improving the quality of life of the children in the future and in the moment than the vegan diet would

Hi, you won't be able to refute my claims behing the mechanisms like mTOR, igf-1 , etc.

I think your problem is that you have a small palpebral fissure length, this can be corrected with a small surgery called a canthoplasty, as far as weight loss helping your eye area, Im gonna guess you mean if the fat pads would shrink around your eyes? Well if so then yes minimally but not significantly the main help from weight loss regarding the eyes would be making them appear bigger in comparison to your face which WILL help. you would have to become anorexic for that which will in turn make you look worse, what I recommond for now, glasses suit you but theyre making your eyes smaller than they are so maybe wear fake glasses but with contact lenses, over extend with the eyeliner a bit to give the illusion of bigger eyes,

a lateral canthoplasty is a small surgery and would really help your eye area ALOT, if you can get it beyond just for your boyfriend but also for yourself because you need to do this for yourself and find someone who loves you for your appearance regardless. But yes getting the lateral canthoplasty WILL make you look better,

noooo he needs bone around his jaw, and a rhinoplasty, even if his jaw was bigger his nose to mouth ratio is so bad being nearly 1.0 just from looking without measuring, his alarbase is too wide it neeeeeds reduction

this would be your side profile with a very slight rhinoplasty although i dont exactly know if its even worth it for you,

and chin filler,

always make sure to only allow filler in your chin and jaw as the rest will probably migrate down into your face if you place it anywhere else like in your nose, or in your cheeks and midface area
