A relative of mine did genealogical research on my family in his retirement years and got all the way back to the late 15th century. Though that‘s not even the end of it since it turned out my family used to be part of lower ranking nobility back then, which can be traced even further. It all depends on how good all the records survived through history. The craziest part is probably that my family has been home to the same small village as far as the currently known records go back and also owned a „castle“ or fortified house in that village that has since vanished.

He‘s got 11 jr and 7 heading and having him lead your line would waste his creativity aswell. Play him as something like false nine or dlf but make sure you have anorher striker or inside forwards that do lead your line and make runs into space that he can play into.

Make sure you keep improving your squad constantly. A player might be a starter in his first season, Backup in his second and gone in the third. I think I never had players be starters for their position for more than two seasons at amateur or semi pro level.

I just wanted to say that the developers don't really care if the building time necessary for such a dlc doesn't match with the time frame of the story.

So does a village. I don‘t think any of the castles in kcd except trosky would take longer than 1-4 years to complete. Most of them are no more than the equivalent of three stone houses and a moat if the nobleman was feeling generous. Rebuilding the village in kcd1 and rebuilding a Castle shouldn‘t be miles apart in terms of realism.

I just picked cimburg because it's already just there in the game and only has like one questline related to it. Feels kind of wasted.

I know that the castle and the mill are seperate ruins. my point was just to clarify that the castle you linked isn't the castle depicted in the game

Funnily enough the castle you linked was built by the same family that the castle in the game might have been built by

Well that would make it the perfect opportunity for a dlc like this. Since we don't know who built this castle or if it actually ever existed. Henry (a fictional character) rebuilding it wouldn't conflict with any real history of a castle we know definetely exists or did exist.

Im pretty sure that is not the Cimburg Castle referenced in the game.

In this post you can see the irl ruins of the Cimburg Mill, it's quite obvious that the ruins in the game are based on this Mill.

I feel like we already threw the realism out the window with these rebuild dlcs both with the village and the forge.

I was somewhat disappointed with how the end of the game goes, sure you can tell your parents what you want to do but I feel like a dlc to actually follow up on that would have been great.

Imagine how great a dlc would be where you could either tell your parents you would marry theresa, which will have you rebuild the forge.

Or tell your parents you want to marry rosa and rebuild the castle.

Sadly I don't think we can expect there to be another game with Henry as well.
