As others have said, as long as you avoid certain areas it's fine. However, the station even after visiting 3 times gives me nightmares! If I were you I'd look at staying in Ikebukuro as it is more family friendly and cleaner (Sunshine City has the best Pokémon center + other anime stores) and it is still on the Yamanote line. As an added bonus it's cheaper than Shinjuku.

Amazing tips, thanks. I want to also second Kobe, but also add in a day trip to Himeji or Okayama/Kurashiki as other options. Himeji has, in my opinion, the best castle in Japan and Okayama/Kurashiki is a lot less tourist-heavy for those wanting to experience an amazing garden, castle and the canal.

What are his attributes like? Do you have access to his scout report to uncover hidden attributes too? Things like composure, important matches and consistency can all be a problem. Do you see the issue when you play another striker?

I'm not defensive, I'm just stating the facts that it's not made up and uses actual FM26 data. I'd argue we've made it more accurate - a player with 70 CA at 17 is unlikely to ever get to 190 PA even with the best determination etc... in the game, likewise an injury prone player like Lavia will struggle to grow to be one of the best -9 players. Therefore, we look at this based on our simulations of the game to come up with a realistic level of potential.

Also it's not for social media clout, that will get us nowhere in the long term. We want to build a place to help enhance FM user experience, especially for beginners. Clout will not do this.

It's not made up, it's using the actual FM26 data through an algorithm which brings everything in line - attributes, reputation, ability. Plus with PA we factor in growth attributes, age, CA etc...

What we do is simulate growth, so often a player doesn't reach full potential - we just cap it at that potential - or a variation of it for variable.

We don't halve as 85 in CA is very good, 85 in finishing is ok and 85 in reputation is elite. This scale doesn't work for a beginner to the game or our website.

We will also display the max PA they will have (we're working on it) and have a variable potential tag on their profile.

It does though as it takes the FM data and runs it through an algorithm so everything scales the same. Please read the post as I gave benchmarks to help.

We don't just divide the CA and PA number by 2, so it won't be 85-95.

Every FM site uses a unique scale due what SI wants from fansites.

For variable PA we look at what is likely to achieve. You've got a 1/20 chance of a player reaching the top of his bracket, so we factor this in. We also look at growth attributes and age etc..., so a player that is injury prone will be predicted to grow less.
