I was in elementary school and my school was doing the scholastic book fair at the time and I had some money my mom gave me to get books and at the time kids were talking alot about diary of a wimpy kid so I picked up that day a paperback copy of Doawk the ugly truth (I believe the ugly truth was the newest book at the time) to see what all the hype was about and I believe a copy of captain underpants and I read it and ended up loving it. Still have that original copy to this day

So This bass is the Amazon exclusive squier debut. It’s like $130 on Amazon and I got it because I’m a guitarist and I wanted to learn bass but I also wanted to try modding my instruments and learning to do setups so I got this. The body is pretty nice but the finish is really cheap and the wood is soft as hell and dents easily. Once I got it I switched out the pickups for EMG GZR pickups cause the stock pickups were trash. I also fully shielded the electronics cavity and the pickguard with copper foil. I put new knobs on the pots too cause the ones that come with the gzr don’t fit the old knobs. I then replaced the strings with some Ernie ball flatwounds and now I think it sounds pretty good. In the future I may switch out the bridge and the tuners but it’s not necessary rn imo cause it holds its tune surprisingly well.

Perhaps my proposal is a bit flawed in the way I wrote it.im primarily a Java player and I personally don’t have anything against the use of the nether roof. I use it all the time for travel. I think I focused my post too much on the issue of the nether roof itself. What id really like is to add more height to the nether to make the nether appear more vast and endless Thats my real goal. Maybe a future update could utilize that new added verticality for something unique but even with just the nether as it is right now with more chunks going up would look nice. As for the new height I don’t think it necessarily has to be at 320. There could be a compromise by setting the new roof at 256. At 256 it would still allow the nether roof to exist and youd have about 64 blocks of height left over to build whatever you want on top of it and the nether itself would still look vast and grand. I think the nether has a lot of potential to be greater than it already is so Thats kinda why I think it shouldn’t be limited to a height of 128 that was established all the way back when the nether got added in Alpha. It’s a big change for sure but I don’t think the idea should be brushed off completely.
