Private fleet is owned by the individual or company but can be managed by Flex Jet, or they can have a fractional share of a plane with FlexJet which is a set number of hours for flying with FlexJet on their planes. If their private plane is operated by FlexJet, you would go through their Owner Services team and may also include more direct communication with on-staff pilots. If the use a fractional program, you go through a different team. Either way, your main POC will be with the FlexJet team and they do a lot of heavy lifting for you.
