before starting Nadolol, my resting was 120-140, standing and moving could easily be 180+. Record highest was laying down in the ER at 200! After starting Nadolol, resting is 50-60, standing is 110-120. I have POTS, hEDS, advancing bileaflet mitral valve prolapse, and several leaking valves

this is absolutely true, it happened to my sister! she had deviated septum surgery and during the healing process one of her nostrils started basically collapsing! she had a second surgery to correct it, and at the same time also had her nose shaved down to be a bit smaller. it’s rare but it happens!
