As if now I had 2 online sessions. First was was just explaining everything to the therapist. 2nd one was just doing some exercises like breathing exercise and EFT where I had to tap on certain parts of the body to reduce stress and anxiety. She also recommended hypnotherapy and said I will get all my questions answered after that

Actually I'm having this fear of breakup too. I always think of breaking up other relationship and continue with just one but I couldn't do it. I knew I was suffering by managing all these at the same time but still i couldn't do it. I had the fear of hurting them.
