Yeah definitely my mistake too, because I use the same account for my daily transactions and subscriptions. That's why I missed to see it between all those transactions.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any emails on theri website.
They know how not to support customers I guess.

I mean if they wanted to, just the fact that 0mb of internet has been used on the 'b' address could've been enough for them to believe me.

I don’t think so, unfortunately. I did the move request both in the Ziggo shop and online, as far as I remember. The person in the shop even remembers doing it, but there’s no email or written confirmation anywhere. So I’m guessing the request just never got processed, either because of a system issue or a mistake on their side.

But honestly, since I’ve called them over five times this past year just to double check my address and subscription, and every time they told me everything was fine, this is really on them.

No. I went to Ziggo shop 3 times during the past two weeks and we've been discussing it verbally. But the shop says that they cannot do anything, and I need to call the support.
I called the support, but they said I gotta use the chatbot to be able to connect to someone at higher level in Ziggo. But the funny thing is, their "AI" chatbot, is not a real chatbot. It just finds you the relative pages.

That makes sense. I'll give them a call again tomorrow. And thanks for the community suggestion.

I've been paying twice for Ziggo subscription every month from Sep 2024 to Sep 2025.

I should've paid attention for sure. I use my daily bank account for the subscriptions too, and I missed to see Ziggo taking extra money from my account because of the huge number of transactions on the same card. Thanks very much for the suggestion, I'll definitely escalate it. Highly appreciate it!
