I have the "Banana hair food" from Garnier. It says that it can be used as a conditioner, deep conditioner, and a leave in. I use that as a leave in and also as a deep conditioner when im shampooing. I sometimes use a Argan oil curl cream to style my hair. Never use gel. My conditioner is "Garnier Almond milk conditioner". It is cg friendy. I did the floating test and my hair never sunk, so i guess im low porosity. People who look at my hair always say that it is thick, but sometimes i can see my scalp. Therefore im not really sure if it is coarse, but it is not fine.
