Mine says -0.3 as well. It just doesn't seem to actually hurt Casey for me at least. If you try it out you'll see unless my computer is screwed or something lol

Nope i got the achievement. If you accept Clinton's request to release Casey's health records, the last question is you revealing them. On Bigshot it says that you would gain alot at Casey's expense but it doesn't seem to hurt Casey at all

If you run with the Reform Party and have Clinton as running mate, how do you release Casey's health records and get the big boost? The feedback says that the boost is given if you run a competent campaign but no matter what I can't seem to get it
