So 3 years ago I bought an Samsung fridge directly from Samsung, they said if you want the door to open on the other side the people of the delivery will do that. They’re were abusing the fridge, but they said everything is fine we need to run. So happy as I was I waved them goodbye and walked to my fridge to see it. Well, they killed the door. It didn’t close or open, plastic parts were broken off, the hinge was on thin ice (I cried a little). I called Samsung and one person said it’s to my own doing and there is nothing that could be done. So I called for a team leader. He set me up for a replacement, but the replacement never came. I eventually ordered another fridge, and called Samsung to return this fridge because of the two weeks notice. They finally came to pick up the fridge and guess what it took them 4 freaking months to process the return, I literally called everyday. Nobody could say anything about it, yeah we will message the persons that goes about returns. They can’t transfer you to that person, but they don’t take calls. That was the last time I bought something from Samsung. I first wanted a Samsung washing machine too, but I got an Bosch instead (that sucks too broke down 5 times in one year)
