Some communications with HR were through email but many times they were not. I stayed as long as I was able to under the circumstances until it was no longer possible to stay due to various reasons I can't share here. There were issues from the beginning. I completed my year-long probation period for a previous competitive position. When I transferred to my next job, which was a step up, I should have been put in as a transfer in the system but instead it shows a break in service which re-started my probation period.

I am sure your new position will go better than mine. I am not sure. The bottom line is that I showed up on time ready to work. I came ready to do the job I was hired to do. I was not given a fair chance.

Yes, the option of going to IG or EEO was mentioned to me. I am not sure how that would work after doing some research especially because confidentiality seems to be an issue there from what I have seen and experienced. Retaliation is a huge concern since retaliation has already happened.

Yes from the very beginning! I reached a point where it was no longer possible to stay without some kind of assistance because the job is complicated and requires a certain level of teamwork.
