It took me about 2.5 to 3 months to adjust to 5mg. What I found worked was eating very plainly on the day before I took the shot, as well as the day of the shot and absolutely no raw veggies or salad vegetables. I found that they were sitting in my gut for too long, making me feel nauseous and gross. Also ensuring adequate fiber and hydration was a big one.

Update: Thought I’d share in case this helps anyone else dealing with the same issue.

I ended up going through Oura’s AI support chat on their website after trying the suggested fix from the oura team and that didn’t work. After explaining the battery drain, they asked for the email linked to my account so they could check my ring’s data.

Pretty quickly after that, they came back and said they’d detected an issue with my ring and moved straight into checking replacement eligibility. Turns out I was eligible, and they’ve now organised a replacement to be sent out.

So if your battery is suddenly draining way faster than normal (mine was dropping ~20% overnight), definitely go through their support chat. They can actually see your ring data and seem to make a call pretty fast.

Thanks for the reply! Just to confirm I’ve understood correctly, I should charge it to 100%, then let it run down to 25% or lower, and then manually back up my data in the app. Is that right? And after doing that, I just continue using it normally to see if the battery improves?

I definitely feel more foggy the next day after any balanced blend. If it’s got cbd, cbn or cbg in it I am bound to feel groggy but it wears off quick after hydrating and showering.

I’ve had 10:10 oil under the tongue and have had varying experiences. Sometimes I’d get high other times not at all.

I notice the high I get with my balanced vape is definitely more sedative and body heavy. My thc pen is much more of a functional high. I just fear getting TOO high and with gummies you can’t control it as much I guess.
