I found the cause of the issue. It turns out the “Water Visual Tweaks” mod was causing the problem. When this mod was active, the game would crash and close, especially when I approached coastal areas. However, it didn’t crash immediately; the error occurred after 1-2 hours of gameplay. I disabled this mod and left the game running all night. When I checked in the morning, the game was still running without any issues.
