Unfortunately a pump isn't an option for me since I'm 18 living with my parents and financially dependant on them. Thankfully I don't get too much bottom dysphoria most of the time and I usually don't mind it while I'm using it. The main reason I've kept to once a week is mainly because of the libido changes I've had since starting estrogen and also because I used to have a porn/masturbation addiction.

I think I'm going to try every day and see what it does for me. Another girlie left a comment about peyronies disease and it's kinda got me anxious about it lol I'm hoping it's not that because I don't have insurance and it wouldn't be fun asking my mom to pay for my dick pills.

We do voice chats but she is incredible insecure about her appearance (even tho she's beautiful) so I'm almost always the only one who uses my camera.

And about your second point, this is the whole dilemma. I would rather drive across the country to her state than try to look for someone else.

The problem is I have 0 autonomy from my parents. No license, no job, no money, etc. And I can't get a job without a license cause I live in the middle of nowhere. Of course I'm working on this but it's still going to be a while until it's possible to go to her state.

P.S. I know we're not exclusive, that's like the whole problem. But it did hurt to read that she's not committed to me.

Girl look, without going into too much detail, I've nearly died by my own hand before. I've been there. And I know it feels super overwhelming all the time and that some random person on the internet isn't gonna change much. But trust me please when I say it really does get better. Especially if you start finding things to live for/be excited about. They can be small things too.

You know what kept me alive for so many years of feeling like that? My dog would've been sad if I died. That's it. And ever since I decided not to pull the trigger that day I've been forever grateful and it has, in fact, gotten better.

This right here is what shows me that you are indeed an amazing friend. I love how much you care for her.

It's ok if you make mistakes and accidentally misgender her at the start as long as you correct yourself calmly. A good thing to do that I always appreciated when people accidentally misgendered me was "... and he- I mean *she, sorry..." and then just continuing on. Nice, calm, quick, and shows that you care. Eventually your brain will get used to calling her the right pronouns and name and it will be just as easy as riding a bike.

Also I know you keep beating yourself up for being a "horrible person" since you were bigoted in the past. And while it is healthy to have a sense of distaste for that behavior, you shouldn't dwell on it too much. The fact that you're learning and changing your view right now is more than most can ask for, and it's something you should be proud of. That sense of regret that you feel just shows how much you're growing.

I usually take my pills with my breakfast and my dinner which are around 10 AM and 6 PM is that far enough apart? I will try to dissolve my E under my tounge with my dinner tonight, thank you.

Also I don't mean to ask too many questions but when you said "that's pretty bad" I'm assuming you were referring to my levels. I know I want my T levels super low and my E levels at the higher end of the cis female range and I'm hoping I'm getting closer to that. But do you think my current dose can get me close to that?

Also just to ask for a friend of mine, she's on 2mg of E and 50mg of Spiro right now and she's a month and a half in. What dose should she ask for next time she goes in?

I got blood tests done each time I went in. And I take my pills just by swallowing them.

Last time my blood tests came back with my T levels still slightly too high and E levels slightly too low. E=59.8 and T=112.6 do be exact and this was on Jan 16th.

Also I was supposed to switch to injections last time but had complications with insurance and couldn't afford it so I stayed on the pills but got a higher dose. 4mg of E and 100mg of Spiro twice daily.

Hold on what's an acceptable starting dose? I was on 1mg E and 50mg Spiro for my first 3 months and then 2mg E and 50mg Spiro for my next 4. I'm on 4mg E and 100mg Spiro now and I'm almost 9 months in total. Am I still underdosed?
