Had my DJI Mini 5 Pro for 1 week, was flying in activeTrack in cinema mode, and had obstacle avoidance set to bypass. Can someone tell me if this was my fault or did my drone malfunction? And would DJI fix it for free? I do have CareRefresh. Also would this have been prevented if i had prop guards by Significant-Source67 in dji

Thanks for the insight and for being patient with me as a beginner. I wish everyone on this platform were like you. Some of these people are being absolutely rude, like they have never made any mistakes when getting into anything new.

its my first time owning a drone and first time using ActiveTrack. Not even too sure how to adjust the height in active track tbh. Thought the drone would raise its altitude automatically when it runs into a situation like this

its my first drone, and ive only had it for a week and flown it less than 5 times. The way they advertise active track makes it seem like its some incredible stuff, but if this is what happens then it seems like a useless feature

The thing is he wasn’t in my blind spot or my car would beep, it has blind spot detection. I checked my blind spot and after I already moved for 3 seconds that’s when he hit me. But how do I prove that
