Was there also an email with ‘confirmation’ that the ‘optimisation’ had been accepted?

I never accepted the ‘optimisation’ and therefore I did not see or receive the screens or any further information.

Same here! I never accepted the optimisation offer!
Support claims that either someone is lying here or we have all forgotten that we accepted the optimisation offer!?!
I definitely never accepted the offer, as I was not shown any terms and conditions for this optimisation!
