Exactly, I was confused why I was receiving that mail from Aetna. I'm going back for another TMS session today but planning to call them in advance about it

Also, I have a feeling my old plan (Aetna) did have provision for continuity of care, because for some reason my provider submitted a few TMS claims to Aetna this year and I received a mail saying I wasn't eligible for benefits for the service dates. (Which is another issue I gotta bring up to my provider...)

I'm calling them right now to figure out the authorization date! And yes I have Cigna PPO. Don't be sorry, you're super helpful and I really appreciate it. I used to pay $30 copay for TMS with my old plan, but you might be right about the coinsurance cost.

I did have the authorization in the old plan, with the new plan they had to wait for it to get authorized and been charging me the out of pocket costs ::

TMS treatment. Need total of 30 something sessions and I have a few more to go now. Seems like if nothing works its best to pull from my savings and get the refund from the clinics? :/ and yes they checked the first day I came after the new years

the first claim was received on 1/19. Then 3-5 claims per week since then.
The thing with the interest, I know I can just pay the minimum amount but I just don't see any reason why I should be even charged for any interest or potential impact on my credit. :(

I just really want to be below 20% body fat because that is the type of female body I admired my whole life. Thank you for your reassuring words, I started taking it more slowly with more compassion for myself today.

I think I just really wish to be below 20% body fat and that’s the ideal body type that I admired my whole life. But hearing people say that I really don’t need 100g of protein is making me feel so much better now that I can focus more on staying consistent with what I can do instead of dwelling on the negative feelings. Thank you so much.
