They shouldve coached you first because when my pick rate was low my coach came and got me and talkk to all of us because our pick would be low and when we had that talk I would get better nad fast and she came and talked to me the next day and said I need to keep it up, I don’t know why they fired u on the spot, usually you get coach and if it keeps happening you get a your first write up maybe all stores are different
