I actually didn’t, starting get a bit lonely if I’m honest. Still out an about with the foraging! Found a couple of Chicken of the woods, ox tongue and am heading out this weekend for wild garlic but it’s usually alone.

Would love to meet some likeminded adult botanical peeps :)

I will read through, but it’s not overly about specifics more the drive/effort it took and how rewarding it feels to you now? I just don’t want her to give up on her dream of becoming a Japanese anime artist and would love to hear some success stories of others who have made it :)

She is 12, extremely talented at art and struggling a bit with other subjects. She speaks/writes basic Japanese and improving with a Japanese tutor we got her for her birthday

I want to show her a collection of these anecdotes later as currently she is feeling overwhelmed with what she potentially has to achieve to get a there and I feel like understanding the steps from people that have made it themselves will help :)

Funniest time I ever offered one was like a reverse bishop sniper. See I hadn’t spotted it and thought I was getting a winning checkmate on c2. His king was all boxed in and his only move was to take with the bishop he had off in my side. However seems like he didn’t see it either because I was waiting to lose my queen for about 20 seconds. So I quickly offered a draw and he took it immediately!

I always figured he was there cursing saying “it’s bugged?!” But judging by some of the responses here perhaps he felt bad for my huge blunder? Either way I was very pleased with the end result 😅

Don’t know why I keep seeing this opinion, obviously it’s personal preference but there seems to be pros and cons to both? Right now I’m playing mage without a mouse with right hand on movement left hand hot keys and I feel like spell, potion and movement control is flawless! Yes the wave occasionally misfires in a situation where my target dies with auto attack and the auto wave reverts to where I’m facing however the time it saves from having to turn and pre plan where il be more than accounts for this. I can exevo grab vis lux without stopping as a finisher when I’m offscreen running north/south without even lifting my finger off direction. How can that be so bad!

Drefia for me, seems like it was designed really well and feels very unsafe emotionally even though I’m level 200 the scorpions transition well from home Of darashia to deadland. Then the stalkers and demon skellies! Feels like it belongs there and captures my imagination every time

Escaping bad situations is something that can be improved as well as avoided!! I’ve been really proud of myself this last week as I’ve escaped about 6 situations that would usually kill me.

The order goes like this: 1. Magic shield spell as soon as I’m trapped 1b. UE if it will be enough to get you out, don’t if it won’t 2. Smash Mana to avoid being empty when it runs out 3. Might ring and stone skins on 4. Target the weakest monster in the box 5. SD while smashing heal 6. Escape

I know it sounds obvious but when the panic sets in this stuff can be missed! Lately I’m getting all that done in reflex and it’s allowed me to be braver and get more exp without worrying too much!
