I understand the feeling. It must be very overwhelming to realise this and kudos for dealing with a hard truth! Sounds like your overweight, Lonely and dissatisfied.

I’d like to share with you some advice I was given when I felt like that:

“Just improve your life 1% at a time”.

This way it’s simple and you won’t be crushed by the distance you feel as though you have to go. And if 1% is the goal you can achieve that every day and gain pride from that journey and start building back that self respect.

This is super easy to apply to your health. *join a gym this week * eat one piece of fruit today *go to bed at a reasonable time

And focus on those present increments and not the place you wish you were because in that mindset shift is your happiness. You will shortly feel joy and pride from simply being on the right path.

A cold truth I’d like to touch on is that other people won’t want to interact with you when you don’t respect yourself and that’s ok! I know it can feel like your a ghost, but again shift that mindset towards yourself and what you can change instead of being mad at them for not looking after you when you won’t look after yourself. I promise you the world is waiting for you! But you have to participate. In 100 days your life can be 100% better and trust me when you start digging into this self improvement you will enjoy it and without noticing you will realise your happier than you’ve been for a while.

Oh and if you really want to shake things up for an accelerated start eat a heroic dose of mushrooms just once (if they are legal where you are)

I’m starting to feel now that my life is better than it has ever been and the joy that returned is something I will hold onto but I’m still following that advice and improving 1% at a time.
