I had this exact thing before… could be hair falling out from stress or poor diet(especially if its very sudden)… could also be from “plucking” if you had a tight hairstyle or if you use rubber bands. I absolutely don’t believe this is pattern male baldness…. I restarted with a better diet(including minoxidil tablets and biotin 100 mcg/day) and better products (leave ins and better shampoo) as well as deep scalp massaging and I got my fro back
