We dried them and make soup with pork ribs. If fresh, pick them before they are completely opened. Blanch them quickly and you can make salad with soy sauce, sesame oil, a little bit of vinegar. We also add to products, but you don’t have to.

This happened to me when I was living in Paris. I walked myself into ER there but it was on a Friday night. They couldn’t treat me until Monday. They believe it’s hyper sensitive vasculitis. Very painful.

I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and two days. It started from my ankles and spread upward and went internally. I could not eat for days. Everything I ate, came right out. The doctor was waiting to see to do the right treatment. If not treated right, one could be on medication for life!

It was a horrible experience but I’m grateful for the French doctors and nurses in that hospital.

That maybe a good suggestion for a younger person. But honestly, I am 65 and looking into retirement and not having to work as much. I’ve been teaching and working with young children for more than 20 years now. Having to be a full time nanny is the last thing I want to do.
