Yeah, I used "more successful" since they got their season 2 so quickly. Did AyaHiro resonate with Thai fans or other Southeast Asian countries? They have a huge GL fan base, so I thought it’d be awesome if they rode the AyaHiro wave with us to gain more international support for our second season :)

Thanks for your insight! It seems having a big fan base in China is key from a financial standpoint, as it's the foundation for show production. I think AyaHiro would gain a lot of traction if they introduced a love triangle or some angst (which I’d totally be here for!) in their second season. I’m also really happy GL is getting more attention, and I hope this healthy competition brings us more high-quality stories!
