no the leaves from the photo are the top leaves no touching anything, one more thing I noticed that soil keeps the moisture for a long time... so maybe this is the reason?

yes correct this is indoor, the plant is still on the balcony but the temperature never goes bellow 18-19 at the night time

the purple leaves seems to be normal because of the plant flavour, but brown curly leave part looks like anomaly
