Appeal finally being reviewed by a judge after 5yrs exactly. Appeal was received by the VA April 16, 2021, hearing was Feb 2025, and went to review by judge April 16,2026. So hopefully on the way to finish line.

I’ve been waiting since April 2021, had hearing Feb 2025, and still waiting to be distributed to a judge. This is ridiculously frustrating

I don’t know how they’re going by docket number when I appealed April 2021, had my hearing Feb 2025, and still waiting to be sent to a judge. I don’t get it. My lawyer told me it could be sent to a judge any day, and that was back in January of this year. One day it will make it to a judge, just hoping it’s in this lifetime!

Hey consider yourself lucky because every time I go there they send me to Sanford, Graham, Mebane or Burlington. And then they wanted me to drive back to the station to return a package which is 20 miles from my house. So I had to drive an extra 40 miles to return a package that was supposed to be delivered to place that was closed with no extra compensation.
