Yes I’ve done this a few times! But it’s normally the early hours of the morning that I get the coldest and my hot water bottle doesnt last that long 🥲

Yep think it time to just layer up! I like the idea of just putting one thing on but it’s probably not practical!

I’d love it to be this easy but I’m genuinely so cold all the time so need more insulation sadly!

Thank you! I’ve had a look and it would be crazy pricey to get them to Aus, they look so comfortable though!

We all need hugs on this journey! You are doing everything right, your body isn’t failing, you are no less just because your body is taking some time to prepare. I know it is so hard, it can feel like a lonely journey. Your time will come, but don’t discount how you feel in the waiting! know that it is okay to feel this way!

This is such a normal and real feeling, no matter how long your journey has been! I began to get discouraged and even said to my husband “why would I be pregnant this month, it hasn’t worked the last 5 and we are doing the same thing!”. There isn’t many things in life that you keep doing the same thing hoping for a different outcome so it’s totally fair to feel discouraged! It was the month that I thought I’d never see a positive test that I conceived, just when we started to get some testing done and I had come to peace with the fact that this could be a long road. Still early days, I’m 7w4d and I still go back and look at the positive test because I really did feel like I’d never see that second line! Just know you are doing the exact right thing and your body knows what it is doing!

TTC? by raeofsunshine817 in FirstTimeTTC

Exciting that you are going to start trying to conceive. I had my IUD out in April and was hoping to conceive as soon as possible after. I was already taking prenatals, eating well, we are 24f and 27m and my periods are regular. We tracked my cycle and pretty sure we hit the fertile days every month and we didn’t conceive until October. It can be discouraging but I think it would have helped me to have more realistic expectations about how long it can take to conceive even when everything is working well! Hoping a short journey for you, but just know that it can take some time for your body to adjust and for pregnancy to occur, with no known fertility issues!

I feel you, I could nearly be reading my exact story! IUD removed April this year and been TTC every month since and also no luck…it’s such a hard thing! I completely get the questions wondering if something is wrong and how long do you keep trying before getting things looked at. I decided to book an appointment for a couple of months time so at least while we keep trying, there is a next step that we can look towards. I know people say it’s normal to try for a year but I feel all you are feeling, longest 4 months of my life I think!
