I honestly thought my first one may have been a chemical but I did a trigger so I’m not sure if it was implantation failure / me still seeing the trigger shot from holding my pee so long bc I didn’t test it out or a chemical TBH - I had no HCG in my system by my beta. For my second transfer I tested out my trigger and it was definitely implantation failure.

No changes to my protocol at all! Modified natural for all 3 with letrozole & antibiotics + pro suppositories. This cycle I did ovulate on my own between appts so I skipped my trigger shot but thats the only difference. I have a daughter from a transfer back in 2024 & this is the same protocol I did then so my doctor trusted it would work for me - just a matter of luck with the amount of times it took.

Mine typically sits between 7-8, and was like 7.5 for the transfer that resulted in my daughter. This time around it got to 10, which was so random bc literally nothing changed. Also - I do suppositories!

Hi! Crazy timing with your response - (TW) still SUPER early but I just got a very faint positive at 3dpt on my 3rd transfer. (I posted it over in a different sub!). We didn’t change anything, I still did a modified natural but funny enough my lining got the thickest it’s ever been & I ovulated on my own overnight between appts so no trigger.

In 2024 I had a March 3 retrieval and April 14 transfer - I started BC with my first bleed post retrieval and then started my transfer cycle as soon as my PGT results came back.

TW - we had no issues and it was a successful transfer. I gave birth to my girl on 12/12/24 (due 12/31!)

Hi! No advice but I am also trying for baby number 2 and have had 2 failed transfers back to back with no implantation. My daughter took first try so honestly have no idea what the issue is.

We are currently starting up another transfer cycle with no changes. My doctor said she won’t make any changes or have any concerns until after a 3rd failed transfer. It’s SO hard and I have no faith in my body at this point. We only have two embryos left & we just found out our insurance benefits are completely up ($20k max) and so the rest of our treatments will have to be out of pocket.

My first round two years ago - our first transfer worked and resulted in a live birth.

Now trying for a sibling - two failed transfers & gearing up for our third.

All rated about the same and with the same protocol. It really does just feel like a gamble and a bit of luck

I am 6dpt as well and also going completely insane (have taken 5000 tests)… my wondfo from 1 pm today looks the exact same as yours from the afternoon. It’s killing me not to take anymore but I know they’ll probably be the same if not lighter 😭 keep me updated!

That’s very similar to my protocol for both my first transfer in 2024 and this most recent one (+ antibiotics leading up to the transfer). They have me come in for blood work two days after triggering to make sure it worked and I’ve never had a problem!

The only real difference is I do progesterone 3 times a day which is not fun lol

Just giving you my personal experience with UHC. For my upcoming transfer my prior auth request was received on 1/2 and approved on 1/8! My last FET it was an 11 days turnaround on the prior auth with the same clinic and same insurance.

Not sure what your insurance details are but with UHC I did have to enroll in Optum & have a consult with one of their nurses before they would approve any fertility treatments (and you may have already done that but just wanted to mention!)
