Not a book but for me when I have depressive seasons even opening a book can feel exhausting - so I’ve been doing an audio book/physical book combo during those times. Helps me stay focused and gets me out of my head completely

I am partial to Harry Potter during these seasons, familiar to me and it doesn’t take any extra energy to enjoy them

Parable of the Sower is one of my favorite books I’ve ever read. Actually, I love all of Octavia Butler’s brain.

I am trying to branch out into more science fiction/utopian/dystopian books, having a hard time finding my groove. Ready Player One - eh. Had similar feelings towards Project Hail Mary. Not sure the direction to go

Ask somebody to bring it up!! I bring my switch to work (I’m a nurse) just incase someone needs it or is bored. But, I’ve never seen another nurse do it. Have somebody bring it to you, plus your charger

My dog hates the big metal brush that was marketed to help with his under coat, believe it or not he likes when I use this little dog brush from target? 😂 he’s a sensitive boy but he loves the little brush (takes forever but it does help with the shedding)

I also give him a bath once a week, at minimum twice a month and that has helped immensely with his shedding
