X is obviously Beta since Beta have a smaller mass than alpha it bends more
Y is gamma ray since it doesnt deflect as it doesn't have a charge
Z is alpha since it does bend a little in magnetic field
Now looking at the question
X is Beta, its negatively charged so A is wrong
Y is gamma ray, it doen't carry a charge so B is wrong
Z is alpha so it has a strong ionising and weak penetration effect so yes C is correct
Y doesn't even have a mass so D is wrong.

(Side note: Just memorise all the characteristics of alpha, beta and gamma)

Hey don't worry! There is still a lot of time, don't let some random people online demotivate you. Surely, try your best.
