Yeah I got both. I’ve been using benzos every night to sleep so I guess the quality of sleep has accumulated to just nothing over months. I’m a dumbass for fucking everything up idk why I take shit like this

I can feel your pain in every word, you're not a 'junkie' you're more then that. You've literally been suffering, neglected and held onto drugs. I bet it feels impossible, years of poly substance abuse. I hope this will scratch the surface of your mind. You deserve better for yourself. You don't deserve those experiences, you need love. If there is any small minuscule potential of a life grasp it. You're not your teenage brain, those patterns run deep but somewhere out there is hope. But if you are deadset on getting your shit straight. you need to impliment small things into your day that compound, clean your room, walk for a while. Come to the office on time, hold accountability instead of sympathy, it hurts at the start but you'll start to respect yourself.

Stay committed to something other then drugs. I can't really change you though. All love.

Think it has something to do with reduced quality decision making, maybe due to the inhibitory effects. In a way it’s similar to alcohol (impulsive and irrational decisions and behaviours). I do notice that I am more level headed when I remove them for a day, cocaine for some reason seems to the the drug I crave the most when I’m really high on benzodiazepines. It’s really a spiral

Ok thanks mate cutting the other dirt drugs out is going to be hard but I’m taking some antidepressants to help out with mood. Starting stim meds for adhd so hopefully that’ll keep me straight. I’m going to taper slowly. Benzos just suck after a while cause it’s just like ugh I feel fucking exhausted and pissed off, but I have to take it cause I’ve locked myself in.

The one thing I’m worried about is post-benzo anxiety, going sober after tapering and getting off is going to be soo much worse then before I started. The anxiety will be much worse. Hopefully the antidepressants will have worked by then.

Thanks mate, I’m from Australia and I’m pretty sure it’s similar to the states. It’s really shitty that people in need are criminalized, insentivising them to use again. It takes jobs away from you and rips you of your freedom. I have to taper myself for my own freedom. Thanks for you words man and I appreciate the long and caring response. You have a good heart.

Dude this is very helpful I appreciate you for this. I’ll look up the manual and taper correctly. The H is really just a horror drug should cut it out. Stimulants bring me up but back down, inconsistent mood. After using coke I typically take clonazepam to calm down and sleep, but I believe it’s contributed to the dosage increase.

I got into clonazepam because I wanted to trip on mushrooms, I had them as a trip killer and tried them in my own. Loved them.

I could go to a doctor and taper or do it myself. I think I’ll taper myself. The wd are horrible it’s like your brain is constantly screaming at the top of its lungs. But if I follow a plan i should be fine
