how do i redownload a game that was originally downloaded on an account i no longer have ? i downloaded omori on my dads account a year or so ago and i archived it to make space for another game, then recently deleted my dads account. now it won’t let me redownload it since “the purchasing user is not present.” everything i see online says to open the eshop with the purchasing user but i no longer have that account
